One day, Jason Smith, a young man from another family in Mozla, caught sight of Syra while she was shopping with her mother at his family's grocery store. Jason was struck by her beauty, unable to stop staring. When Syra noticed, she quickly turned away. After they made their purchase and left, Jason couldn't stop thinking about her.

The storm left Mozla in ruins, and soon, criminals began to take advantage of the chaos. People fled, leaving their homes behind, and Mozla became a dangerous and lonely place.
